We do not pre-qualify, score, or route through marketing automation. If your question is concrete (a calibration figure, a deployment topology, a market product) you will likely get the answer in the first reply. If it requires us to look at telemetry, we will say so and ask for what we need under NDA.
We answer in plain English. We do not send brochures, PDFs branded with stock imagery, or links to a Calendly. If a meeting is the right next step we will offer two or three times and let you pick. If it is not, we will say so. Most useful conversations finish in one or two emails.
